Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer shipping across India. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping options may be available in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your Moraari products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.
How to Return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Items must be unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as towels and baby blankets cannot be returned once opened.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
